This is the push / pull / legs version of DoggCrapp training and one that a lot of guys used back in the day that wanted to have some more "room" to allocate to additional exercises for lagging muscle groups. This is split in a similar fashion where there are rotational days that allocate more movements/volume to lats or upper back, chest vs triceps, quads vs hams, etc.
It stays with all the other concepts of DC training such as the loaded stretches, the emphasis on slow negatives, and I throw in iso-holds and isometronics at the end during the toughest parts of the meso cycle.
**Not for the faint of heart, but for those who do, will get some big gains. **
This is usually run 4-5 days a week and can be moved around to fit your schedule or recovery ability.
You also need to be in a good gym for this program.
It's not home friendly, nor is this a novice/noob program.
