Can this program work in my 20s or 30s?
If you want longevity and health, then this program would be excellent even if you are Under age 40!
What equipment do I need?
As long as you have a couple of dumbbells and a drive to be a better version of yourself, you'll be just fine. Stop thinking, start doing. Once you're in, we'll help you progress and/or modify with the weights you have!
I'm a dad and haven't trained in a while, will this be too tough?
That's okay, I get it and that is exactly why i built in progressions and modifications so you can progress at your pace!
Do I have to be a DAD?
Absolutely not! This program is used by all athletes around the world!
