The Voodoo Solution is a general Weightlifting program designed to improve technique and strength.
For $20/month, you'll get a program that consists of 3 days per week of training. Each workout includes the lifts, assistance and accessory exercises. Each workout should take about an hour.
Subscription also includes access to our monthly Lifting Analysis Livestream. This provides athletes with feedback on lifts to get the most out of their training.
The only equipment needed is a barbell, bumper plates, and a squat rack.
This program is for anyone with experience performing the Olympic lifts.
