Coach Danny is the brains behind Elite Physique and Core Coaching Method. Danny has 15+ unique certifications and has been coaching clients and educating other coaches since 2013. Danny is passionate about lifting, coaching, and learning. He is the owner of CORE coaching method, the host of the Dynamic Dialogue podcast, and he loves football, traveling, and his dog "cooper".
Coach Silvia is a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach. She's been helping women change their physique since she entered the fitness industry in 2015. Silvia found fitness and personal training after completing her degree in the field of psychology. She is an avid lifter, golfer, and dog mom to her miniature goldendoodle "moose"
Coach Matt is a former NCAA DI Baseball player and holds the NSCA's prestigious CSCS certificate as well as certificates in nutrition coaching, womens fitness, senior fitness and corrective exercise. Matt specializes in physique enhancement, performance coaching, and is very hands on with his clients. When he's not coaching or exercising himself, he loves cooking, golf, and his dog "Bo"
