If you're looking to build a foundation for athletic development for your child, this is the entry point for your child.

The program will yield incredible results in its own right and it will provide the foundation for future, more “advanced” training .

Here's what you should expect over the next 3 weeks:

The entire 3 week program is designed with minimal equipment and although we'll ask for implements like a medicine ball, I'll make recommendations to sub with items found around the house.

After completing the 3 week program, look for part 2 as the next step in your child's progression.

Joey Bergles is currently the Director of Strength & Conditioning at JJ Pearce High School in Richardson, TX. He was previously at Texas Tech University where he was an Associate Football S&C Coach. Prior to that, he was an Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach at Utah State University where he assisted with football S&C and oversaw the S&C programs for women’s soccer and softball.
