These next 12 weeks will build upon the foundation we laid down in part one, and we'll take the next step in terms of movement selection, adding load (weight) and implements (barbells and dumbbells) to further enhance your child's athletic development.
We'll still focus on the basics and you should expect to see real progress in:

✅ Coordination
✅ Power Development
✅ Confidence
And, confidence for you as the parent, knowing that your child is being taught the movements and skills that will prepare them for:
✅ Success in sports
✅ Being able to move without pain or restriction 5-10 years down the road
✅ Living the next 70+ years of their lives with health, wellness, and fitness being a core component of your child’s life

Joey Bergles is currently the Director of Strength & Conditioning at JJ Pearce High School in Richardson, TX. He was previously at Texas Tech University where he was an Associate Football S&C Coach. Prior to that, he was an Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach at Utah State University where he assisted with football S&C and oversaw the S&C programs for women’s soccer and softball.
