I've been around the fitness block a time or 2 and have dabbled with just about everything. FAQs
Do I need experience with kettlebells to do this program?
NOPE! This is a very beginner friendly program and you will learn the techniques as you go through it in a simple manor.
How many kettlebells do I need?
JUST ONE! In a perfect world you'd have 3. 1 Light - 1 Medium - 1 Heavy. But I wrote this program with people who only have 1 in mind. So it is 100% doable with just 1 kettlebell and there are notes and suggestions of how to change things if needed.
How long do the workouts take?
Roughly 45 minutes
