Bellplex Beginners is an 8 week beginner kettlebell program.
In it you will learn the kettlebell fundamentals in a simple to follow, easy to learn and safe way so you can feel comfortable with any kettlebell exercise or workout that you do!
You will be taught how to Swing, Clean, Snatch & Turkish Getup with detailed instructional follow along videos. These videos will take you step by step through each movement and have you feeling like a pro in less than 15 minutes!
In addition to that, you will get 4 functional kettlebell strength workouts and 2 mobility/joint strengthening workouts a week so you can still build strength and mobility while you learn!
