A portion of class that will focus on a strength or skill that is a part of a progression within a cycle. Yes, the programming will be varied but, it will also be clearly heading in a direction of weekly development.

Each class will end with a conditioning piece that varies in time, equipment, and movement modals. Guaranteed to bring your class increased levels of fitness and also the enjoyment of creativity behind the programming.
