Yes, to build great glutes but more importantly a physique that you can be proud of at a price point that helps me impact thousands of people around the world.
While glutes and lower body will be our main focus we’ll put plenty of work into your upper body as well working towards a proportional hourglass physique.
I've been in the game long enough to know what works and what doesn't so you can make the fastest progress possible.
This is going to be simple.
Easy?! Not a chance.
In fact, I would discourage you from signing up unless you can commit to showing up to every training session, following my instructions, and doing the little things outside of the gym to stimulate progress (sleep, nutrition, etc.)
If you're up for it, you'll get access to the coaching and training that has transformed the lives and bodies of so many of my clients along the way.
I'm asking for good old fashioned hard work, but I promise you that TOGETHER we can go places you've not been able to go alone.
