Here's how it works. When you subscribe to MASS All Access, you will get access to all programs. Simply hit the upside down triangle at the top left of your screen to toggle teams on and off. To add a 12-week program to your calendar, hit "Library" at the bottom of your screen, select programs, and add to your calendar. Simple as that.
