The program is designed to take you through your season with three main goals:
- Maintain the strength and power of your off-season training.
- Enable you to perform at a high level, even if you were not on a comprehensive off-season strength and conditioning program.
- Decrease your risk of injury.
All you need is standard training equipment: olympic bar, med-ball, plyo-boxes (or an alternative stable box or bench).
